what if i'm quoting somebody reading the title of a book out loud and there's a quote in the title of the book being read?

What if I'm quoting from a book of my own quotations that I self-published? I use the double underline then, right?

do issues of magazines count as a part of the magazine? like when it says "volume 2" do i put quotes around that?

But if I just copy and pasted a whole section from a website (that I didn't cite) where they haven't underlined or italicized or quoted, I don't have to change it, do I?
